TweakThis

Client website feedback for freelancers and studios

“Can you make the button bigger?” Which button, on which page, at what screen size? With TweakThis your client points at it on their own site, and the note arrives with the page, the element and a screenshot. Your coding agent makes the change, and the client signs it off.

How it works

  1. 1

Make a project for each client’s site, with URL rules for its local, preview and production addresses.

  2. 2

Invite the client by email: they join in one click, no password. Or share a link several people at the client can use for 7 days. You can revoke either at any time.

  3. 3

The client installs the extension, picks an element or draws a region on their site, and writes what should change. When they publish, every owner and member of your workspace gets one notification for the batch.

  4. 4

Claude Code or Codex fetches the items over MCP, fixes the code and submits a summary. Or fix an item by hand and mark it ready for review.

  5. 5

The client reads the summary and accepts the fix, or reopens it with a note.

What your clients need

Chrome or Firefox on a desktop computer, the TweakThis extension and an email address.

What you get

  • Every client’s site in one place

Each site is a project, with URL rules for its local, preview and production addresses. One dashboard and one agent connection cover them all, and each item shows who reported it and who it is assigned to.

  • Clients see only their own sites

Invite a client to a project with a reporter link: anyone you share it with can join for 7 days, and you can revoke it. Clients see their own projects and their colleagues’ feedback, never your other clients’.

  • Clients report for free

Reporters take no seat. Per workspace: 3 on Free, 10 on Pro and unlimited on Team. Owners and members, the people who fix things, are the seats you pay for. Clients never need to talk to an agent.

  • Told the moment they publish

When a client publishes their feedback, every owner and member gets one notification for the batch, naming the client, the project and the number of items.

  • Context your agent can act on

Page URL, viewport, selector candidates, a bounded DOM excerpt, key computed styles, a page screenshot and an element crop arrive with every note. Input values are never read, and the reporter can black out anything first.

  • Your agent does the fixing

Claude Code or Codex lists, claims and fetches items at /mcp, asks when something is unclear (the item waits until someone answers), and links its commit or pull request to the item.

  • Works without an agent

Read, assign, discuss and close every item in the dashboard. Fix it by hand, mark it ready for review with a note, and the client is asked to check it, as after an agent’s fix.

  • Also for your own apps

Reviewing your own work? Make a project per app, circle what should change, locally or deployed, and hand it to your agent. You are never notified of what you publish yourself.
